Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to join our clients store in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. As the market leader in their field and with over 200 stores across the UK they can offer excellent long term career prospects

You must have an interest in health and beauty products, whether that be cosmetics, skincare, hair, health and beauty. Our clients stores are all about customer service and building a strong reputation in the local area so you must be a proactive retailer who takes full ownership of their store.

So... you must have..

• A positive, outgoing, buzzy personality.
• Be Sales and target focused
• A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience
• Track record in management
• Experience in training, coaching and developing a team
• High store standards
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Commercial awareness
• Knowledge of KPI\'s

Ideally you will currently be a Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Department Manager, Sales Manager, Deputy Manager, Team leader for a one to one service focused brand.
