Job Description
Location Enham Alamein/Andover
Salary Up to GBP30,000 pa
Hours 37.5 per week
Job role
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to set up and lead a new service to provide personal care and other related services for adults who may have multiple and complex disabilities and those with age-related needs, in their own homes.
You will be required to be flexible; working both early mornings and evenings on occasion, based at Enham Alamein and supporting clients living in the Andover area.
Ideal candidate
You will hold a relevant professional qualification and have excellent marketing, customer care and communication skills.
You will be experienced in the supervision and delivery of personal care, ideally in the community. You will have the ability to empower and show drive to achieve and deliver results as a manager.
Qualifications
A relevant professional Care / Support/ Management qualification e.g. RMA, NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, Management, Diploma in Management – or in progress /prepared to undertake.
